John B. Krok

John Krok serves Byron Real Estate Co., Inc. as Vice President, Brokerage Services. John brings 17 years of industry experience to the position representing Tenants, Landlords and Investors which include such notable companies as Verizon, Boeing Corp., General Motors, UMDNJ and many others.
John’s responsibilities include the expansion of the Brokerage Services group, Tenant representation, Landlord representation, and Investment sales and analysis.
Prior to joining Byron Real Estate Co., Inc. John was a sales associate with CB Richard Ellis, Inc. in the company’s Iselin, NJ office. During his tenure with CB Richard Ellis, Inc., John was involved in every aspect of leasing and sales of office, industrial and retail properties.
John Received a Bachelor of Arts in finance and accounting from Clemson University. John is on the fundraising committees of several non-profits. In addition, he has trained marathon teams for the Arthritis Foundation of New Jersey. He enjoys golfing, skiing, sailing, running and spending time with his family.
